Job Description:

Our innovative and growing company is looking to fill the role of the Aquatic Field Service Technician. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for 25-50% travel to support customers in the field with equipment start-ups, commissioning, troubleshooting, or maintenance services. Ideal candidate will have experience with aquatic life support equipment and systems.

Other 50%+ candidate will be providing technical support (troubleshooting, warranty claims, etc) and supporting the sales team. Additional sales and marketing tasks to be included. This is a hybrid role (field service plus sales support).

The ideal candidate has experience with a proven track record within a similar market area. Knowledge, background and practical sales experience with water handling equipment including filters, pumps, and other water handling equipment is a requirement.

Educational background and/or practical hands-on experience with aquatic systems preferred. Personal interest and enthusiasm for aquatic science, aquaculture or aquarium industries is highly desired. The right person will have excellent verbal /written communication skills and be flexible and able to complete a range of tasks and functions successfully in order to help the company meet sales objectives and complete projects successfully on time and within budget. Must be responsible, hardworking, easy to work with, detail oriented, and have pride of ownership.

Valid US Driver’s License and Passport or ability to obtain passport needed. Remote Position- Looking for someone in the USA.

Looking for an experienced System Technician, Component Expert, and Controls Programmer with a demonstrated history of working in Aquatic Life Support and machinery industries. Skilled in Water Filtration, Microsoft Word, Water Treatment, Sales, and Water Engineering.
